Scheduling & Automation

Set prompts to run on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence and build a longitudinal record of your AI visibility.

Scheduling lets AISpy track your visibility over time without you having to remember to run anything.

Setting a schedule

  1. Open the Prompts tab.
  2. Assign each prompt a cadence — daily, weekly, or monthly.
  3. Mix cadences so high-priority queries run more often and broader landscape checks run less frequently.

Running unattended

Scheduled jobs run while AISpy is open. For always-on tracking, install AISpy on a server, a cloud VM, or a spare machine that stays powered on. The Linux build exists specifically for this use case.

If a scheduled run fails — say an API key hits its rate limit — AISpy logs the error and retries on the next run. Nothing is silently dropped.

Reviewing run history

The run history shows what ran, when, and what it found, including any errors. Pair this with the export options to feed scheduled data into your wider reporting.
